Welcome to our tranquil piece of lakefront paradise. We hope your stay with us is a relaxing and enjoyable one, and hopefully we will see you again next season.
In order to maintain a positive experience for yourselves and all other guests we ask that you read and abide by a few simple rules.
1. NO SMOKING inside the cottage. If smoking outside please ensure that cigarettes are fully extinguished. Safely and properly dispose of butts.
2. Check in time is 4pm on the Saturday of your arrival. Check out time is 11am on the Saturday of your departure.
3. It is absolutely forbidden to exceed the maximum allowed capacity of the cottage. Violating this condition of the agreement is grounds for immediate eviction from the property.
4. For safety reasons, it is not permitted to burn candles or use the fireplace inside the cottage nor use fireworks outside.
5. Linin and towels are provided. Please leave used items on your bed upon check out.
6. In order to maintain the peacefulness of the area, noise must be kept to a minimum before 9am and after 10pm.
7. Please ensure that garbage is kept in the proper bins. Do not leave anything out that may attract insects. Large garbage and recycling bins are kept in the storage box next to the shed in the driveway.
8. Please do not touch the thermostat. It is set for a comfortable temperature. Should you wish you adjust the temperature please give us a call, we are next door, and we will address the issue.
9. Do not flush items that are not meant to be flushed into our septic tank. That includes: Kleenex, sanitary products, diapers, cigarette butts, grease, oil, or petroleum products.
10. Upon departure please do not leave anything in the cottage, including garbage, food, or empty bottles.
11. It is safe to drink the tap water.
12. Swim at your own risk. Use of any guest supplied watercraft or floatation items are done so at your own risk. Please use proper safety equipment in and around the water. Water near the dock is shallow. Exercise caution.
13. Cottage to be kept in the condition it was upon your arrival. Any excess clean up will result in loss of security deposit.
14.Make sure that the propane tank in the BBQ is securely fastened to the propane connection and turned off when not in use.
15. Please make sure that food in the cupboards and counters are sealed and closed and put open food in the fridge or containers. Please wipe down the counters before and after food preparation.
16. In case of an emergency (ie: plumbing or electrical)
17. RETURN THE KEY when you depart to avoid a fee.
