" this is not an artist who rests on his laurels, who is content with his “style” and churns out “cookie cutter” works because he can. Zarum is an artist who pushes himself beyond what he has already created. He is searching. His is taking risks and stepping beyond his previous works. It is an artist sharing his growth and not afraid to leave behind his previous success. He is willing to take those risks and yet remain true to himself and by doing so remains fresh, remains original."

$25,000.00 Zarum Painting Donated  
A painting by Zarum titled ‘Lip To Lip’ from the new ‘LIP’ Series of paintings, has been donated by the artist to the Gerry and Nancy Pencer Brain Trust. The Gerry & Nancy Pencer Brain Tumor Centre is located in Toronto, Canada at the world-renowned Princess Margaret Hospital. 
 
The Centre provides multidisciplinary care, treatment, support, and education for brain tumor patients and their families, and promotes brain tumor research in the hopes of one day finding a cure for brain cancer. All of this is made possible through private donations. All proceeds from the sale of the painting will benefit the Trust.
